1. About Hill Bill Shoes

Hill Bill Shoes is a subscription-based footwear service operated by Hill Bill Company Limited, registered in Ghana. By using this site, signing up for an account, or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription plans

Hill Bill Flex — GHS 229/month. One pair of premium leather shoes is shipped to you at the end of each month while your subscription is active. Delivery is charged at the prevailing rate; free delivery is not included.

Hill Bill Plus — GHS 99/month. One pair of premium leather shoes is shipped to you at the end of every three months while your subscription is active. Delivery is charged at the prevailing rate; free delivery is not included.

Hill Bill Elite — GHS 49/month. Subscribers receive 10% off all purchases, free delivery on every order, birthday souvenirs and giveaways, and first access to exclusive releases. The Elite plan does not include a scheduled shoe delivery.

3. Commitment fee (Hill Bill Flex only)

At signup, Hill Bill Flex subscribers pay an additional, refundable commitment fee of GHS 100 on top of the first monthly payment. The total first charge for Flex is therefore GHS 329.

The commitment fee guarantees the subscriber's six (6) month commitment to the plan. Provided the subscriber completes the first six monthly payments without cancelling, the GHS 100 is refunded in full within fourteen (14) days of the sixth successful payment.

If the subscriber cancels the Flex plan before completing the six monthly payments, the GHS 100 commitment fee is forfeited and will not be refunded.

The commitment fee does not apply to Hill Bill Plus or Hill Bill Elite.

4. Cancellation

Hill Bill Flex: Six (6) month minimum commitment. The plan can be cancelled at any time, but cancellation before the sixth monthly payment results in forfeiture of the GHS 100 commitment fee (see section 3).

Hill Bill Plus and Hill Bill Elite: Cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Payments

Subscription payments are processed securely via Paystack and may be made with MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, or Visa/Mastercard. Bank transfers may also be made to: Stanbic Bank, Accra Mall Branch, Hill Bill Company Limited, Account Number 9040006438835. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS).

6. Payment reminders & receipts

Active subscribers will receive automated email reminders three (3) days before, one (1) day before, and on the due date of each payment, an overdue notice if a payment is missed, and an email receipt when a payment is received. You are responsible for keeping your email address and phone number up to date in your dashboard.

7. Delivery

Hill Bill Flex: your pair is delivered 30 days after the date your payment is received (e.g. if you pay on the 15th of a month, your shoe arrives on or around the 15th of the following month). Hill Bill Plus: your pair is delivered 90 days after the date your payment is received. Delivery within Ghana is charged at the prevailing rate for Flex and Plus; Hill Bill Elite members receive free delivery on every order. Delivery dates and tracking information are visible in your dashboard.

8. Returns and exchanges

Exchanges are offered when (a) the shoe has not been worn outdoors, (b) the shoe is still intact and in resellable condition with its original packaging, and (c) the request is raised within 7 days of delivery via the customer dashboard or by contacting us on +233 24 349 2703. Shoes that show signs of wear, scuffing, or damage are not eligible for exchange. Manufacturing defects are handled separately and are not subject to the unworn requirement.

9. Outright purchases

Customers may purchase any shoe outright from the Shop without subscribing to any plan. Outright purchases follow standard delivery rates unless the buyer is an active Hill Bill Elite member, in which case delivery is free.

10. Multiple subscriptions

Customers may hold more than one subscription and may also purchase additional shoes outside of any subscription.

11. Customer data

We store your name, phone number, email, delivery address, shoe size, subscription type, and payment records to operate the service. We do not sell or share your personal data.

12. Changes to these terms

Hill Bill Company Limited may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
